CrossFit Group Training

CrossFit is just exercise…we bet you didn’t expect us to say that, but it is true.  What makes the sport of CrossFit so special is we believe it combines the absolute best parts of weightlifting, sprinting, calisthenics, and gymnastics. We believe by sticking to the most effective exercises from each, we can create and accomplish very efficient workouts.  Are the workouts hard and challenging? Absolutely! You won’t want it any other way, all WODs are scalable by, weight, experience level, ability and time.

What does that mean for you? It means you don’t have to be in shape before you can start CrossFit Lake Wylie.  We work people of all ages, sizes, and ability levels. Our coaches will tailor the WOD to meet you at your current level of fitness.

All we ask from you is to commit to “Trusting the Process” and we will provide the motivation, the expertise, and a welcoming community to help you accomplish your goals.
