Your first class is always FREE at CrossFit Lake Wylie. To really understand what CrossFit is all about you must experience it for yourself. You can talk to people who CrossFit, you can watch videos about CrossFit, you can see CrossFit on ESPN… but until you’ve gone through a WOD (Workout Of the Day), side by side with a group of other committed people, you will never truly understand what all the fuss is about.
You’re welcome to come try out CrossFit for yourself during any one of our Fundamentals classes which are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 10am.
The primary emphasis of this Fundamentals program is skill development, exposure to the various movements we use, and an introduction to the CrossFit culture . This program is designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing CrossFit group classes and to ensure your safety and success at the next level.
